"Buyer protection didn’t really help"
Had a problem with my order, the buyer protection felt kind of useless. Support took way too long to get back to me, and by the end of it I still ended up losing time and money. Not the best experience, and I feel like they could’ve handled it way better.

"Fast delivery, just wish tracking was clearer"
My order showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The seller did reply after a short wait, and the delivery went smoothly overall. I’m usually a bit cautious when tracking updates aren’t clear, so that made me a little unsure at first. That’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. In the end, everything arrived fine and faster than expected, so I’m happy with it

"Works Fine, But the Fees Add Up"
I’ve used G2G a few times now and, it’s been okay overall. The process works fine and I haven’t really had any major issues, but I do feel like the service fees are a bit much sometimes. I mean, I get that there are extra charges, but I do wish they were a little lower. Still, it’s not bad, and I’d probably use it again if I needed to.

It’s worth it for the price, for the most part. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, and it definitely didn’t go out of its way to surprise me, but it gets the job done. If you keep your expectations reasonable, you’ll probably be happy with it

I tried to cancel my order, and it ended up being way harder than it needed to be. Support kept sending what felt like the same copied replies, and I had to repeat myself more than once. By the end, it didn’t really feel like anyone was trying to solve it, if you know what I mean. After that whole experience, I don’t think I’ll be using G2G again.

"I used G2G on my phone and..."
I used G2G on my phone and honestly... it was smoother than I expected. The pages loaded fine, logging in was simple, and I could check my messages without having to zoom in and out like I do on some other sites.
I bought what I needed, the payment went through quickly, and the seller got back to me fast too. Nothing super fancy, but it works well on mobile, so... 5 stars from me.

My buying experience was fine at first and I didn’t really have any issues placing the order. The problem started afterward when I needed help with something. Support was slow to respond, and when they did, it felt like they were just sending the same basic replies without really reading what I’d already explained. I had to repeat myself more than once, which got annoying. It did get sorted out in the end, but it took longer than it should have and didn’t feel like anyone was taking it seriously. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst site I’ve used, but based on my experience, their after-sale support definitely needs improvement.

I’ve used G2G a few times now. Most of my orders went through fine, but one of them took forever, which was annoying. Overall, it’s okay, but compared to some other places... yeah, just make sure you check the seller ratings before buying.

There were plenty of payment options, and everything worked fine for me in the end. I just wish the communication had been clearer because I had to figure a few things out on my own, which was a bit annoying.

I wouldn’t say the policies are perfect, but they’re mostly clear enough to understand without too much trouble. There were a couple of parts I had to read twice, which was a little annoying, but overall I can’t really complain too much.

I had a problem with my order and it took support forever to get back to me. When they finally did, the response felt like a copy-and-paste answer that didn’t really address anything. What made it worse was that nobody seemed willing to take ownership of the issue, so I just kept feeling brushed off. it was really frustrating and I don’t think I’d risk ordering from them again

My order went through fine, but the tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it and reach out to support, which got annoying. Anyway... the item did show up in the end, but the whole waiting process felt a lot messier than it needed to be.

My transaction did finally get approved, but it took longer than I expected. At first I figured it was just a normal delay, but after waiting around with no clear update, it started to get frustrating. I’m glad it eventually went through, but this is the kind of thing that really needs better communication before customers have to start chasing for answers

I bought an account/item on G2G and the details weren’t really accurate. The seller listed it one way, but what I actually got was different in a few important parts. Support was slow too, and I had to explain the same issue about more than once. It felt like they just kept asking for proof instead of actually helping fix it. I’m not saying every seller on there is bad, but my order definitely wasn’t what was shown. Overall, it was a annoying experience and I probably won’t use it again

They do seem to block some scam sellers, which is good, but support was slow in my case. I did get my refund eventually, so it worked out fine, but these kinds of platforms always need better checks before stuff like this happens.

I ended up needing a refund, mostly because the timing just wasn’t on my side. Nothing too dramatic though, it came through fast and I didn’t have to chase anyone, so that was a relief.

I used it one time and my account was fine afterward, so that part was okay. But i was still nervous the whole time. I reached out because I wanted a clearer explanation of the safety side, and the support response didn’t really reassure me. I feel like if customers are asking about account safety, that should be taken more seriously and explained properly instead of being brushed off

"Works Fine, but the Site Could Be Smoother"
G2G does get the job done, and I got what I ordered in the end, so no major complaints there. That said, the website feels cluttered. There are a lot of popups, some pages load slower than they should, and finding the right seller or checking order details takes more clicks than necessary. It works, but the whole experience could definitely be cleaner and less annoying
